    An Affiliate Manager’s primary role is to seek out new Affiliate relationships via a structured sales process to further expand our reach in the online performance marketing industry. The Affiliate Manager interfaces directly with Business Development team to solicit our newest and best performing offers and works hand-in-hand with Business Development managers to better assist their own affiliates needs and requests.

    The Affiliate Manager must thrive in a cross functional and fast paced environment. Our Affiliate Managers represent the front lines of acquiring affiliate distribution. He/she should excel at relationship building, analyzing marketing campaigns and be self motivated. Punctuality and availability "after hours" is paramount to the Affiliate Managers success.     Job Description includes...

    • Deliver proactive account management by providing business solutions to affiliate partners, as well as offering ideas/methods of increasing revenue through unique marketing programs
    • Aggressively recruit new affiliate partners
    • Research and work with affiliate partners on efficient methods of optimizing their revenue
    • Actively consult with affiliate partners on an ongoing basis to help exceed their revenue objectives through recommendation and implementation of best practices around online marketing programs
    • Meet and exceed monthly revenue goals
    • Prepare sales reports to track, analyze, and forecast the revenue opportunities for affiliate partners
    • Monitor affiliate activity and potential policy/program violations
    • Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues, products, and markets for consumer and performance based marketing and lead generation
    • Attend and participate in team meetings, training seminars, and workshops
    • Occasional travel to industry conferences
    • Optimization of publishers and technical assistance when needed
    • Perform additional work as may be required by the Company from time to time

    Requirements

    • High School Graduate
    • Ideally, 1 year of sales experience within a performance based job setting
    • Strong understanding of industry trends
    • Proven track record of successfully prospecting, prioritizing, & selling / cold calling interactive publishers
    • Possess strong negotiation skills and can manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Must be able to think creatively "on your feet" and have a proven track record in aligning and driving deals to successful completion with a consultative approach
    • Positive, team-oriented personality with the desire, ability and drive to ride a steep, continuous learning curve in the internet marketing industry
    • Knowledge of all Microsoft products including Word, Excel, and Outlook
    • Knowledge of Google Drive, including Google Docs, Sheets, etc.
    • Thorough understanding of industry terminology and channel knowledge is a plus
    • Basic link tracking and html knowledge, i.e pixels, javascript vs. iframe is a plus

    Company Description

    Our dynamic marketing and technology agency is growing rapidly. We are looking to add an experienced, full-time, interactive designer to our creative team. The model candidate should have at least three (3) years of professional graphics design experience geared toward web (landing pages, email templates, website layouts, responsive web, banners). Candidate must reside in the U.S. and be immediately available to work in our Oldsmar, FL office.

    Candidate must be able to work in a team environment and possess creativity and a positive, can-do attitude. Remaining flexible, reliable, and focused during both basic and complex creative projects is also important. Additionally, the candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while paying close attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

    Job Description

    Works closely with the Creative Director to create and implement projects by designing, creating, and executing assets for traditional and digital marketing materials. Mediums include but are not limited to: HTML email newsletters, landing pages, microblogs (Twitter, Facebook, etc), websites, blogs, direct mail, corporate identities, print, and banner ads.

    Typical Tasks and Expectations

    • Generate creative ideas for client projects and deliver imaginative design composites.
    • Research, find relevant stock photos, and offer relevant ideas & suggestions during the project cycle, including brainstorming sessions.
    • Employ user-centered design techniques and best design practices to promote positive online user experience.
    • Proactively identify opportunities to improve site usability, design, and overall organizational & structural quality.
    • Help the optimization team conduct on-site testing and conversion optimization through installing A/B and Multivariate tests.
    • Understand customer needs and work with team members to design device-agnostic online user experiences.

    Requirements

    • 2+ years of college (B.A, or B.S. is perferred), majoring in UI/UX Design, Graphic Arts or 3+ years of previous website and other interactive design experience. Agency experience preferred.
    • Experience designing web sites and GUIs using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (Knowledge of the current Adobe Creative Suite is preferred)
    • Advanced knowledge of layer styles, layer masks, clipping masks, adjustment layers, smart objects, non-destructive editing techniques, use of texture, image compression techniques (by means of the Save for Web & Devices dialog), and typography in Photoshop
    • Experience with using grid systems is a plus
    • Familiarity with one or more of the following CMS engines: Wordpress, Joomla, Drupal, etc.
    • Advanced understanding of web design best practices, including usability, user-centered design, information architecture, and interface/navigation design
    • Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to handle multiple-tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines in fast-paced environment
    • Must possess a positive attitude and a positive outlook (no half-empty glasses welcome)
    • Must be able to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage time efficiently
    • Creative, energetic, and motivated
    • Proven organizational skills and attention to detail

    Client Relations

    • Update affiliates with payouts, creatives and contact information

    • Keeping track of daily statistics and advise management on the analyzed results

    Education and Experience
